While your dog is being groomed:
Please do not show up unless you're called and are told that your pet is ready! This causes your pet to get distracted and lose focus!This makes it more difficult to groom your pet. Please understand that we take our time to ensure your pet's safety and to give the best cut/style possible to your pet. Good work takes time!
